These Legal Terms ("Terms") govern your use of our website, https://vostome.com/ (the "Site"), and any related services or products that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept all of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use or register for our Services.
We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records.

11. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
If the Services allow you to post reviews or ratings, we ask that you follow a few simple principles to ensure fairness and respect:
- Base your review on direct, personal experience.

- Refrain from promoting competing businesses or posting with a conflict of interest.
We reserve the right to reject, or remove any review at our discretion. However, we are not obligated to monitor or moderate user reviews, even if others find them offensive or inaccurate. Reviews reflect the opinions of the users, not our company or affiliates. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that might result from them.

Our Services may include links to third party websites or feature content provided by external sources, such as articles, graphics, videos, or software. These third party platforms are not under our control, and we do not review or guarantee their accuracy, security, or reliability.
Any inclusion of third party links or resources is for convenience only and does not imply endorsement. If you choose to interact with or provide information to these websites, you do so entirely at your own risk.
We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before engaging or making a purchase. Any transaction or interaction with a third-party platform is strictly between you and the external party, we are not responsible for issues arising from those dealings.
By accessing third-party services through our platform, you agree that we are not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes that may result. You also agree to indemnify us for any claims connected to your use of those external services.
13. MANAGING THE SERVICES
We reserve the right, but are not obligated to take the following steps to help protect the integrity of the Services:
- Monitor activity on the platform to identify potential violations of these terms
- Take action against users who break the law or violate these terms, including reporting them to authorities
- Restrict, suspend, or disable access to any part of the Services, using technical means if needed
We may take these actions at our sole discretion and are not required to provide notice or justification.
14. PRIVACY POLICY
Protecting your personal information is important to us. Please review our privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Services, you agree to the terms in that policy, which is considered part of these legal terms.
Note: Our Services are hosted in Canada. If you access them from outside Canada, you consent to your information being transferred and processed there in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. TERMINATION
These terms remain in effect for as long as you use our Services. We may restrict or deny your access at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms or applicable laws. This may include blocking your IP address or removing your account, with or without prior notice.
If your account is terminated, you may not create a new one using your name, a third party’s name, or a false identity, even on behalf of someone else.
Depending on the nature of the violation, we may also pursue additional legal remedies, including civil or criminal proceedings.
16. CHANGES & SERVICES INTERRUPTIONS
We may change, update, or remove parts of the Services at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. This includes adjusting features, pricing, or even pausing or discontinuing the Services entirely. While we aim to keep things running smoothly, we’re not obligated to keep all content current or to maintain access without interruption.
From time to time, you may experience downtime due to technical issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to suspend or modify access at our discretion and are not liable for any losses or inconvenience this may cause. These terms do not guarantee ongoing support, updates, or bug fixes.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These terms, and how you use the Services are governed by the laws of the United States. If there’s ever a legal dispute, it will be handled according to U.S. law, regardless of where you’re located.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution First
Before either of us takes formal action over a disagreement related to these terms ("Dispute"), we agree to try resolving it informally. This means you or we must provide written notice of the issue and then engage in good-faith discussions for at least 30 days before moving forward with arbitration or legal steps.
Binding Arbitration
If we can’t resolve the matter informally, the Dispute will be settled through final and binding arbitration—unless one of the exceptions listed below applies. By agreeing to this, both sides waive the right to go to court or have a jury trial.
Arbitration will follow the Commercial Arbitration Rules (and, if applicable, the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes) of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), which you can find on their website. Fees will be handled according to AAA Consumer Rules, and if the arbitrator finds them excessive, we’ll cover them.
The process may take place via phone, online, written submission, or in person, depending on what works best. The arbitrator will give a written decision, and if both parties request it, reasons will be included. Arbitration will take place in Wyoming unless the law or AAA rules require otherwise. Court involvement is allowed only in limited circumstances, such as enforcing or challenging an arbitrator’s decision.
If the matter ends up in court, it must be filed in a state or federal court located in Wyoming. Both sides agree to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive objections about location.
Please note: These terms are not governed by UCITA (Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act) or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
All claims must be brought within one (1) year of the incident that gave rise to the dispute. If any part of this section is found invalid, the rest still applies, and that issue may be handled in court instead.
Limitations on Arbitration
Arbitration will only apply to your individual dispute with us. To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- Arbitration must be done individually, not as a group or class action.
- You cannot bring a claim that represents others or the public.
- Cases cannot be bundled with other disputes.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Some issues don’t fall under these informal and arbitration rules. These include:
- Disputes involving intellectual property rights;
- Allegations of theft, data misuse, or unauthorized access;
- Requests for court orders (injunctions).
If any part of this section is found to be unenforceable, the affected matter will be handled in court as outlined above.
19. CORRECTIONS
While we strive for accuracy, the content provided through our Services may occasionally include typographical errors, outdated details, or missing information such as in product descriptions, pricing, or stock availability. We reserve the right to correct or update this content at any time, without prior notice, including changes to any part of the Services.
20. DISCLAIMER
The Services are provided to you “as is” and “as available.” By accessing or using the Services, you agree to do so at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- The accuracy or completeness of any content on the Services or on linked websites and platforms;
- The reliability or availability of the Services;
- Unauthorized access to or misuse of secure systems or personal data;
- Harm or damage resulting from use of the Services.
Additionally, we do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or advertisements promoted through the Services. Any transactions you make with third-party sellers are entirely between you and them. We encourage you to exercise judgment and caution when interacting with unfamiliar parties or purchasing products online.
21. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Vostome nor its directors, employees, or agents will be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, that arise from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses.
In all cases, our total liability to you, regardless of the nature of the claim will not exceed the amount you have paid to us if any.
Some regions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. If these laws apply to you, parts of this section may not apply, and you may have additional rights under your local regulations.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
By using our Services, you agree to take full responsibility for:
- How you use the Services,
- Any breach of these Legal Terms, and
- Any false or misleading statements you’ve made under these Terms.
You agree to defend and indemnify Vostome, along with our affiliates, officers, partners, agents, and employees against any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party due to your actions, conduct, or content.
While this clause applies, we reserve the right to manage or take control of any matter subject to your indemnification at your expense. You also agree to cooperate fully with us in defending such claims. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such situation.
23. USER DATA
We store certain data that you provide or generate through your use of the Services to operate efficiently. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of any content or data tied to your use of our Services.
Vostome is not liable for any data loss or corruption, and you release us from any related claims.
24. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS & SIGNATURES
When you visit our site, complete forms, or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us in return via electronic means.
You agree that digital communications from Vostome such as agreements, disclosures, notices, and transaction records meet the same legal standards as if provided in writing. This includes the use of electronic signatures and contracts. You waive any requirement under local or international laws that insist on printed documents or handwritten signatures.
25. CALIFORNIA USERS
If you are a California resident and wish to file a complaint, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services at the California Department of Consumer Affairs by phone or by sending a written inquiry. Please refer to their official website for the most up-to-date contact information.
26. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms, together with any posted policies or operational rules, represent the full agreement between you and Vostome regarding the Services.
If we choose not to enforce a part of these terms at any time, it does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms will be upheld to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may assign our rights and responsibilities to others at any time. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
If any part of these Legal Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in effect.
Your use of the Services does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Vostome. These terms will not be interpreted against us solely because we drafted them, and you agree that digital agreements are just as binding as those on paper.
