• All prices displayed on Vostome are shown in USD.
• Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated during checkout.

Secure Transactions

• Payments are processed through trusted, encrypted gateways using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which ensures that data transmitted over the internet is secure.
• We do not store credit card or payment details on our servers.

Refunds & Chargebacks

• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
• Unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated and may be disputed.

Fraud Protection

• Vostome reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
• For high-value orders, additional verification or proof of identity may be requested.

Completing Your Purchase at Vostome

When you are ready to place your order, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button and proceed to the cart page. Please note that we are only offering guest checkout currently. The payment page will display the total charge for your purchases. You will then need to enter your billing address and payment method to pay for the purchases you are making.

Shopify Payments (Stripe) 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption is used for all Vostome transactions. SSL encryption is a method of security that provides for secure transmission of data between web servers and web browsers. When you are paying and see a padlock in your browser, this means the site is SSL encrypted.

We do not retain a record of your credit card information. It is encrypted and sent to our payment processor. Due to our safety measures, some orders may be subject to a quick verification process. We may call or email you to verify the details of your purchase, so please ensure you enter a valid email and mobile number at the checkout.
