Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit, or refund.
 
RETURNS

We offer a 30 days return window from the date the order is delivered. To qualify, items must be returned to us in unused, new condition and in their original packaging.
 
General Return Guidelines:
 
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery.
 
Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
 
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
 
Acceptable Return Product Item Requirements:
  • Package Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item different compared to what you ordered, phone or email us within 30 days to arrange a return and replacement.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: We accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

Return Process

To start a return, email support@vostome.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a shipping label. We aim to reply within 24 hours during business hours (9am – 5pm EST).

Once approved, securely package the item in its original box, attach the return label, and drop it off with the courier.Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping.
  • Other returns (e.g., change of mind): Customers are responsible for return shipping

Refund Time

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 10–12 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In rare cases where payment platforms cannot process the refund, we may offer a secure bank transfer.We do not issue refunds through CashApp, Payoneer, Venmo, or similar services.

No Exchanges

If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

No Restocking Fees

We believe in simplicity and fairness. That’s why Vostome never charges restocking fees, even on approved refunds.

Deliveries to an incorrect address

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss. Please double check your information before submitting your order.

Sale Items

All discounted or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once processed.
