Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak times or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you informed of any delays.

Important Notes

Order processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before shipment, once payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed after hours or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Once your order is ready to go, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Please be aware that shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum spend, and no surprises. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and transit time is 3–5 business days. Total time after ordering on the site to reach at your doorstep is 4–7 business days.

Track Your Order After Dispatch

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email. Use it to check delivery status directly on our tracking page. Need help? Email us at support@vostome.com. We respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST).

All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) standard services. Estimated delivery times are based on USPS guidance and may vary based on your location.

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  • Continental U.S: We ship to all 48 states in the U.S
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping available; any extra costs will appear at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Not currently available.
  • PO Boxes: Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • Delivery Delays: Weather events or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such rare cases.

How can I update my shipping address?

If you need to make changes, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@vostome.com. Once your package is in transit, we're unable to change the address.

I've had a change of mind. How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships for a full refund. Simply contact us and we'll handle the rest within 24 hours.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged:

  • If you’re present at delivery: Refuse the package and notify us immediately.
  • If it’s delivered while you’re away: Contact us right away with photos, and we’ll walk you through the next steps in line with our Return Policy.

What if my order goes missing during shipping?

If your package hasn’t arrived after 3–6 business days, contact us and we’ll work with USPS to track it. If your order is confirmed lost and was addressed correctly, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra charge.

Note: If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout and delivery was made there, we cannot provide a replacement.
